the staff was incredibly helpful and immensely helpful and gave me recommendations. its twin room was airy with 4 beds 1 couch, a huge balcony.

The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, including delicious coffee. the room was spacious, bright, and had Wi-Fi. - the small balcony was a nice addition to the room.

Wonderful trendy boutique place with convenient and peaceful location very close to different areas close by the main building, Nis Fortress and center of the town and the town centre.

It is a fairly small and cozy boutique hotel, only a couple years old. Hotel staff was excellent. My room was better than I expected, very large, with a huge balcony and nice view. The room had a small refrigerator (a bit noisy) and nice beds. Convenient location - easy walk to the nearest shops, central pedestrian street and university. Free internet worked great in the room. Also, I enjoyed the History channel on tv (this channel is not available in many other hotels). Finally, the room rate was low.

Both the staff and the owner was very friendly, the breakfast was also satisfied, we got what we asked. All the hotel was clean and bright and modern facilities designed for youthful , exactly what we desired.I Recommend good for everyone who wants to feel a friendly atmosphere and good prices.

At first moment was some mistake about the booking between reality ( that wasn't the owner fault!! ) but we resolved quickly!

Hotell staff was very friendly and so was an owner of the hotel, service was just great and the hotel was very clean and I was very comfortable, it is located close to the centre of the city. I highly recomande it to everyone who are traveling to Nis.

A great choice for the one that is seeking a cheap accommodation in the city and really close to the highway too.

There was no parking spot inside the hotels backyard for our motorcycles, but we did park in front of the gate were the security camera covers the entrance.
